At Cody James, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your boots, apparel, or accessories don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boots are placed back in their original box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
